Our Team

At Three Circles Foundation, we are blessed with a dedicated team of individuals who are passionate about serving and guiding young men toward a life of faith, purpose, and community. Our ministry is led by a Board of Directors, a group of men and women who faithfully steward and oversee the Lord’s work through TCF. They meet regularly for planning, accountability, and prayer, ensuring that our mission stays focused and impactful.
Every camp, Bible study, and event is made possible through the dedication of our incredible volunteers. These mentors, teachers, and servants pour their time and hearts into walking alongside our campers, offering encouragement, guidance, and real-world skills. In addition to our volunteers, we have a small administrative staff who work behind the scenes to keep the foundation running smoothly. Three Circles Foundation is 100% funded by donations and grants, allowing us to provide these life-changing experiences at no cost to the young men we serve.
