Our Name
The name Three Circles Foundation is reflective of the the three relationships we seek to support and foster within the hearts and lives of the youth.
The Earth - We are called to be stewards and caretakers of the earth.
The Community - We are to serve, love, and care for the members of our families and our larger community.
Jesus Christ - "For from him and through him and for him are all things." (Romans 11:36) He is our king and savior. Because he died for us, we live for him.
Our History
Three Circles Foundation began in 2009 as a stirring in the heart of the Christian community in Chattooga and surrounding counties of northwest Georgia to reach out and empower children from hard places. An obedient group of volunteers and Board of Directors began to grow in response to Christ’s claim that the harvest is plenty but the workers are few (Matt 9:37-38).
The headquarters are located on a small farm in Summerville, Ga. At our first camp, we had 7 campers show up, and it was a blast! A disparate group of campers began to amass as they were invited month after month to attend our day camps. Today, our monthly camper population includes boys ages 12-19 who are either in foster care, single parent, or kinship guardian homes.
The ministry has grown to include community based Bible studies called Truth Talks. This facet of the ministry includes boys and girls groups local to the area.
We also provide a mentoring program, as needed, along with some work training courses for our older campers.
Our Mission
Three Circles Foundation is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization whose mission is to see each and every youth, especially from hard places, fully embraced. We are Christian-based, therefore we embrace these boys regardless of race, religion or creed.
We draw our vision from Titus 2:6-8 which says “Similarly, encourage the young men to be self-controlled. In everything set them an example by doing what is good. In your teaching show integrity, seriousness and soundness of speech that cannot be condemned, so that those who oppose you may be ashamed because they have nothing bad to say about us.”
We work hard together and we play hard together! In everything, we hope to teach and model the unconditional love of Jesus Christ.
We are staffed by volunteers and a small administrative staff, and we are financially sustained solely by donations and grants.
Our Board & Volunteers
All TCF camps, Bible studies, and other events are facilitated by volunteers. If you're interested in getting involved, we'd love to hear from you!
BOARD OF DIRECTORS
We are led by a Board of Directors who seek to steward and guide the Lord's work through TCF. These men and women meet for planning, accountability, and prayer over the ministry at least once a quarter.
